What it does

It reads the reviews on your Google Business profile, drafts a reply to each one in your own tone, and raises an alert for anything between one and three stars — the ones that lose you work if they sit unanswered.

What it never does

It never publishes. The reply is a draft sitting in your dashboard until you copy it out and post it yourself. An automated reply to an angry customer, signed with your name, is a risk nobody should take on your behalf.

Why the draft, then

Because the hard part is not posting: it is finding the words on the day somebody has been unfair to you in public. A draft you rewrite in thirty seconds beats a reply you never send.

How you switch it on

ReviewAI will be optional and start switched off. Once it is on sale, you will switch it on from your dashboard, under Add-ons, after connecting your Google Business profile, and switch it off from the same place. Today the dashboard refuses to switch it on.

Off means nothing is read and nothing is sent.

Why it is worth switching on

A one-star review with no reply reads as agreement. The draft is waiting for you the same day, so the answer goes up while it still matters.
